Energy renovation of buildings

Project documentation for energy renovation of buildings for the application of funds.

The first step in energy efficient reconstruction of buildings is a detailed energy audit.

Energy audit report will have all possible energy saving measures with investment estimates, the amount of savings and the return period of the investment.

PIKAIA d.o.o. has the authorization of Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning for:
- performing energy audits and issuing energy performance certificates of the buildings with a simple technical system
- performing energy audits of the buildings with a complex technical system, in the part related to the architectural part of the building
- issuing energy performance certificates of the buildings with a complex technical system.

The next step in the energy efficient reconstruction of buildings is a energy renewal project documentation (main design).

So far, project documentation (main design) have been produced for cca 150 buildings of all types in the amount of approximately 35 mil. €, which means that about 21 mil. €.
